Ground-breaking ceremony for wind farm in France - eviag AG erects first 5 plants

Duisburg, January 28th 2010 – This week, eviag AG, Duisburg has started with the erection of five wind power plants ev100 in St. Pierre de Maillé. Achim Kettlack, Board Member of eviag AG, initiated the project together with Jean-Pierre Joseph, mayor of the community and David Hunter of EuroCape, investor of the project, with the first turn on the sod.

“It is great”, states Wilhelm Hecking, CEO of eviag AG “to finally erect the first wind farm. With the Turnkey-Contract a Premium-Service-Contract for the period of 5 years has been concluded”, Hecking added.

The installation of the prototype of ev2.93 will mark the next major step, its production has already been started and it will be erected on the testing ground of windtest grevenbroich GmbH within the next few months.
